About Sarah's work

Sarah Bryant studied at the Byam Shaw School of Painting and Drawing and at Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts, gaining a BA Hons in Fine Art (Painting). She also has an Art Teacher's Certificate, and teaches art part-time.

Latest commissions

Sarah painted the portrait of the former Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Sir John Stevens, to mark his retirement at the start of 2005. She also recently completed a painting of sailing boats at Morston in Norfolk.

Sarah Bryant's paintings hang in the art collections of Scotland Yard, the Building Societies' Commission and St George's Hospital. For St George's 250th anniversary, she was commissioned to paint the commemorative service held in Westminster Abbey.
