Seaview Village
Seaview is a small quiet village on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. It consists largely of Edwardian holiday houses, and cottages and is a favourite holiday place for families and everyone who loves sailing. Many families come to Seaview for their holidays year after year.
The High Street has a few pleasant shops and leads straight down to the sea, where there are safe sandy beaches for swimming, sailing and wind-surfing and rock pools to give children hours of pleasure. There are fine walks along the sea promenades.
The local inn (Seaview Hotel) just up the High Street from Quay Rocks is a favourite meeting place where you can enjoy excellent food.
The Isle of Wight has some of the best weather in the UK and, while it is favoured by keen sailors, it is also ideal for a quiet out-of-season break. There are many good coastal walks and interesting places to see:
