Terms and ConditionsOn your first day, please arrive after 4 pm, and on your last day leave before 10 am. We regret we cannot make any refunds or reductions if you are unable to start the holiday on the day and time reserved due to illness, delays or personal reasons. Similarly no refunds can be made if you have to cut short your holiday. A deposit of 30% of the rental cost is payable when booking the property. The balance of the price is due at least four weeks before the commencement of the holiday, together with the £20 (30€) cleaning charge and a £150 (225€) breakage deposit. We reserve the right to cancel the holiday and retain the deposit if the balance is not received in time. The breakage deposit will be refunded shortly after departure after deduction of any breakages/damages. Please advise the owners before leaving if you break or damage anything. For last minute reservations made 28 days or less before arrival date, the full price of the holiday is due immediately. If you are forced to cancel your holiday 42 days or more before arrival date, we shall refund your deposit minus a £20 cancellation fee. If you cancel 42 days or less before arrival date you shall forfeit the deposit. No refund can be made for cancellations received on or after the arrival date. You are strongly advised to take holiday insurance to cover you against loss, accidents and accidental damage to the property as we cannot accept responsibility for any death, injury or illness suffered while renting the flat.
