Susannah Ross set up SRCS after twenty years as a BBC journalist and nine years as an independent consultant and trainer. For details of her career, see Susannah's curriculum vitae. She is an associate trainer with BBC New Media Training, providing regular writing courses for BBC staff and delegates from other companies and organisations. Susannah works with a number of associates, principally the website consultancy Select Ideas, the writing company Clarity, and several independent consultants listed below.
