Website reviews

If your website has been up for a year or more, you may want an independent outsider to take a fresh look at it and suggest improvements. If you are in the process of designing a new site or re-designing an existing one, we can test the pilot site and make recommendations before you start an expensive re-build.

Clients for our reviews range from individuals and small charities to large public bodies such as the Disability Rights Commission and the Environment Agency.

Our website reviews and reports are self-contained pieces of work. You are under no obligation to use us to make the changes we suggest or to build your new site. Because we are not pitching for the work, we can offer disinterested advice. Many clients find this a reassuring start.

We work to your brief, testing a site to answer your specific questions, or using our own audit of some fifty questions. We then write you a report with detailed comments and recommendations. Have a look at the kind of questions we ask in our audit. You can see some sample recommendations from recent reports.
